My last #SABVENTURES for 2015 happened all the way to the north!
A spontaneous trip to the North with the two of my college buddies, Jothee and Aleli. And since it's a year ended trip for the three of us we decided to have some fun and adventure from where we used to play when we were kids. So, we opted to go to Porac, Pampanga's main attraction this year -- Sandbox, which is of course literally as sand box with some breath-taking activities with an affordable prices.
Going there is a bit of a nightmare for us. Seriously! We actually thought that there is an air conditioned bus that could take us to Pampanga (well, we know there is) so we just settled to take the ordinary bus going there since it's just a hour and half drive from Manila. But that one hour and half drive happened to be the longest drive ever in my life with people I mean kids everywhere seems to be having motion sickness and you know what happened when a person has one right? So, imagine this open- window bus plus the effect of motion sickness = nightmare! Anyways, enough with the ranting.
How to go there:
** Ride a bus in Cubao going to DAU, Pampanga -- there are actually a bunch of bus companies/terminals there going to Pampanga. We rode Five Star Bus which cost us PHP 110.00/person.(make sure you asked the driver if they are actually passing DAU)
** Upon arrival in DAU, look for a jeepney going to SM CLARK, Pampanga.
** Once you arrive in SM CLARK, go to the opposite side of the mall (asked the guards too) then look for jeepneys going to PORAC, Pampanga which cost us PHP30.00/each.
** Tell the driver to drop you off in Sandbox, upon arrival, a tricycle will bring you to the main entrance of Sandbox which cost us PHP40.00/3pax.

And of course an adventure wouldn't be complete without groupies! Say Cheese!
Upon arrival in Sandbox you have to go to their desk and pay for you desire packages. You can pay only the entrance fee and activities you wish to experience. Check their rates/fees here : SAND BOX RATES. We were not able to try all the activities since there's a lot of people when we went there and they have maximum people that can try the activities per day. We decided to try GIANT SWING and ARCHERY instead.
WE'RE GONNA SWING LIKE CHANDELIER!!!

After we enjoyed the activities in Sand Box, we decided to see the Miracle Art museum in Pampanga too. Since 3D art and illusion is trending now a days. We checked it out and I must say we totally enjoyed it! I think they also have in Circuit Makati and Imus Cavite. So, you really don't have to travel up to North to see it.
